In June 2023, Royal College Group 87 Foundation - USA was registered as a charitable organization and incorporated as a non-profit organization in the state of Delaware. In July 2023, Royal College Group 87 Foundation - USA received approval from the federal Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as an organization exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
